What seems like a random thought in the mind, after sometime, if given attention for a fleeting second becomes a trail of thoughts. What started with some object in our hand goes on to become a ship, aeroplane or what not after a couple of minutes. It may be a romantic excerpt which goes on to become a mystery novel. It may be comedy which may become a version of tragedy afterwards, you never know. It can make us roam the whole world sitting in our sofas comfortably in our living room. That thought has power to make us feel so bad after those minutes to make us sit still for a couple of more minutes feeling drained, if that thought process was not guided enough. What started on a positive note may also end on a negative note. So it is necessary to be alert and aware of our own thoughts. It has the potential to make us feel good or bad and in the long run, it can even make or break us. One more hack, something better, rather than doing what described above, just get up and go away from that place where this trail of thoughts first began.
