My daily job requires me to meet a lot of people, and the kind of observant and philosophical nature I have, I have observed and realized the matters of the heart. Here I am not referring to any love story while I say the matters of the heart. It is something much more than that and may even include those so called "matters of the heart". We may try to pretend liking someone but it is the matter of the heart and the heart knows. As much one may try to emulate fondness or love by trying various methods including monitoring tone, gesture or volume while talking to the other, it is the matter of heart and the heart knows. It takes genuine love and obviously effort to genuinely like someone so that the relationship between two could build, otherwise it is just confusion, bad relationship and unnecessary trying but to no avail. If this is what you want, a relationship to build, then there is no option but to create space along with love, acceptance and compassion for that person in your heart. This is the only requirement and then those gestures automatically follow. I have tried and tested this technique and it has helped me in numerous ways. It requires effort and a lot of shedding of prejudices but I guarantee you it is all worth it and a lot more beneficial in the long run.
P.S. The relationship I am referring to is any relationship between any two individuals and not specifically romantic.
